A política pública de educação para a educação de jovens e adultos e a garantia de direitos

A política educacional para a Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) no Brasil é uma política de Educação Básica e de Educação Profissional de jovens e adultos trabalhadores, cuja ação do governo está especificamente relacionada à proteção social. Neste sentido, o TCC tem como problemática a seguinte questão: a política educacional para a EJA atende de modo satisfatório essa modalidade de ensino? O objetivo geral desse trabalho tem por finalidade analisar a política educacional voltada à EJA contemplando os aspectos históricos, as fragilidades dessa modalidade de ensino e os direitos dos (as) estudantes. Os objetivos específicos são: investigar o histórico da Educação para jovens e adultos ao longo da história do Brasil; identificar as fragilidades existentes na EJA, enquanto política educacional e verificar o quantitativo de matrículas na EJA e no Ensino Profissionalizante na atualidade.

The educational policy for EJA in Brazil is a Basic Education and Vocational Education policy for working youth and adults, whose government action is specifically related to social protection. In this sense, this TCC (Written scientific work required for the acquiring of a degree) has the following question as a problem: Does the educational policy for EJA satisfactorily meet this type of teaching? The general objective of this work is to analyze the educational policy aimed at EJA contemplating the historical aspects, the weaknesses of this type of education and the rights of students. The specific objectives are: to investigate the history of Education for young people and adults throughout the history of Brazil; identify existing weaknesses in EJA, as an educational policy and verify the number of enrollments in EJA and Vocational Education today. To answer the problem and meet the objectives of this TCC, the decision was to carry out a qualitative study based on bibliographic research, realized through data collection, from books, scientific articles, websites and others. After collecting the data, the material collected was selected and subsequently the analysis of this material and the theoretical studies related to the issue addressed by this research work was carried out. After completing these steps, the writing of the TCC began.

A Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) depende de proteção social, mas será que a política educacional brasileira garante plenamente os direitos desses estudantes? A pesquisa analisa o histórico e os limites da EJA como modalidade que combina educação básica com formação profissional para trabalhadores. O trabalho investiga fragilidades da política pública e examina dados atuais de matrículas no ensino regular e profissionalizante, revelando se a oferta atende de forma satisfatória a esse público.
